Remembering our deceased loved ones through prayer and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
The Division 2 Hibernian Purgatorial Society
The Division 2 Hibernian Purgatorial Society is open to everyone, and there is no charge to enroll a deceased loved one.
Once enrolled, a Mass will be offered once each month for the deceased for a period of one year.
Masses are celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in West Islip on the first Sunday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
You are welcome to attend, but attendance is not required for your loved one to be remembered at Mass.
A Lasting Remembrance in Prayer
Enrolling a loved one is simple, private, and open to all.
Open to Everyone
Anyone may enroll a deceased family member, friend, or loved one. Membership in the Ancient Order of Hibernians is not required.
Remembered for One Year
Once enrolled, the deceased will be remembered at the Society’s monthly Mass for a period of one year.
No Cost to Enroll
There is no fee or required donation to submit the name of a deceased loved one for remembrance.
Purgatorial Society Mass
A Mass is offered monthly for all those enrolled in the Division 2 Hibernian Purgatorial Society.
Family members and friends are warmly invited to attend. Attendance is not required for the deceased person to be remembered.

Enroll a Deceased Loved One
Please provide the name of the deceased person you wish to enroll, along with your name and email address. After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

All names and contact information submitted through this form are maintained privately and used only to administer the Purgatorial Society enrollment. Submitted information will not be published on the website.
